NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Chas. Hawkins Co., Inc. /CORFAC International is pleased to announce that industry veteran Hiram Lewis, SIOR has earned the title of First Vice President.

Lewis has been a commercial real estate agent since 2006.  His primary business focus is the brokerage of industrial and investment properties.

Lewis earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science in Education from Vanderbilt University. While at Vanderbilt, Mr. Lewis was a member of the Commodore football team and coached as a graduate assistant while earning his master’s degree. Prior to joining Chas. Hawkins Co., Inc., Lewis worked with Nashville based Backfield-In-Motion and taught senior history and economics at Franklin Road Academy.

Lewis previously served on the Vanderbilt Alumni Association Board of Directors and is currently Vice President of the Middle and East Tennessee Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
