Nashville, TN– Members of Chas. Hawkins Co. participated in the 38th annual Oktoberfest 5K Bier Run in Germantown on Saturday, October 7, 2017.
It was a perfect day to race and everyone enjoyed the ice cold refreshments provided at the finish line!
All proceeds from the race benefit the nonprofit Germantown Neighborhood Association.

In his new role, Mr. Serck will focus on the leasing, sales, and acquisition of commercial properties in the Williamson County and greater Nashville Metro area.
Prior to obtaining his affiliate broker license, Mr. Serck was a Loan Officer with both Wells Fargo and Pulte Homes. He also has prior real estate experience in the title insurance field.
Mr. Serck received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee in 2007.

Nashville, TN– Chas. Hawkins Co., Inc. gathered at Third Man Records on Saturday, February 11, to celebrate its brokers’ client service achievements for 2016.
The brokers and their spouses and guests enjoyed music, food, drink and the myriad of amazingly unique equipment and coin operated mechanized gadgets in Third Man’s one-of-a-kind Novelties Lounge.
The group then moved over to Peg Leg Porker where everyone enjoyed a huge feast consisting of all of Peg Leg Porker’s delicious and wonderful offerings.

In his new role, Mr. Myers will focus on office & retail investments throughout Middle Tennessee.
Prior to joining the Chas. Hawkins Co., Inc., Mr. Myers was an AH64-D/E Apache Attack helicopter pilot in the United States Army, serving two Afghanistan deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Freedom Sentinel.
Mr. Myers graduated Summa Cum Laude from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a degree in Aeronautics and a minor in management.
Mr. Myers is on course to receive a Master Degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University in 2017.
