NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Chas. Hawkins Co. announced the addition of Reid Mangelsdorf and Kevin Irwin as part of the company’s new Developing Broker Program.

“Reid and Kevin have big futures ahead of them and will significantly enhance our client services,” said Stephen Prather, Senior Vice President and Co-Director of the Developing Broker Program.

Mangelsdorf has more than a year of experience working in the property management division after his graduation from Mississippi State in May of 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and real estate finance. As a Brentwood native, Mangelsdorf is a member of the CCIM Nashville Chapter, has been involved with Purple Heart Homes and was named a NAIOP Developing Leader. Through his experiences, he quickly demonstrated his capabilities and has been given the opportunity to work as a developing broker.

Irwin is a recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in managerial finance and real estate from the University of Mississippi. Originally from Orlando, he will begin his professional career as a developing broker. Irwin has been involved with NAIOP, National Wild Turkey Federation Nashville Chapter and Delta Waterfowl.
